2 end bits came off on the first and second use
The scraper has a smooth edge, it wont scrape anything. The handles are not secured and just pull off while your trying to use it. And Gutology will act as if they can't see the email they sent you and the shipping method you paid for.
i wont use anything else... but I havent used the tongue scraper yet.

This pure copper tongue scraper is beautifully made as well as being functional, and feels very gentle on the tongue. Well designed and easy to hold. Would definitely recommend this product. Why has my scraper changed colour?
That's copper oxidising, and it's normal. A wipe with lemon juice and salt brings back the shine.

No. Use light pressure; it should feel like a gentle sweep.
